hey i'm a noob and was wondering what is easier to learn/what i should start with. also, should i practice with shoes or socks? thanks.

I'd have to say the easiest one to learn is probably the backslide since you have probably seen it a lot more than you have the side... You probably already know that most people think of the backslide as the moonwalk so just keep in mind wut it's spose'd 2 look like. If you dunno how to do it then here's xtra help...
-Start with your left foot flat on the floor and touch the floor with your toes straight on the ground with your right foot. Put all your weight on your right foot... Simply slide your left foot back as far as you can keeping it flat and then switch popping the opposite foot onto it's toes and shifting your weight to that foot... Then slide back with the right foot as you did your left foot... Just keep shifting your weight until you can do it smoothly. It is easiest to start in your socks on linoleum or even carpet... Wear shoes always. You aren't gonna show up in a jam in your socks, so why would you practice in your socks.
