Let your wrist heal and work on other forms until then. Wraping them up may only cause further injury if you push it which is bad because in Bboy and life your wrist are some of your most important joints. Once they heal from compression and iceing techniques strengthen them by doing wall push ups. Its kinda like running. you get shin splints alot when you start out but after awile they are less common and you body strenthens and adjust to the new strain. Be smart and patient with your body. No Pain No Gain
