-Does anyone know what exercises are good for my wrist Muscles?
Because i want to be able to spin more than 2-3 times on my windmills... My cousin told me to work on my wrist muscle so my wrist wont die on me. And.. -Does anyone know how to get to the second transition of the windmill? I've always have to force myself..because it wont go.. -I know to be able to go onto the second transition i should be in the same position but each time i do it. i'm either in the wrong position or im too low to the ground.. Also: -How Should i stretch before i practice my windmills. Because before i used to do them without stretching..and like..a couple of weeks ago i murdered my leg.. in other words..i pulled a muscle and i couldnt even walk straight... -So now that i have recovered, can anyone tell me any good stretches that i can do for windmills?! I'd appreciate all the helps/tips i could get. appreciate it ![]() |

1) in the process of learning windmills your wrist will get strong enuf
2) its impossible for your wrist to die during windmill and if you must need a drill: just hold handglide position |

Always Stretch your wrist before any activity and do freezes like Baby freeze or air chair or anything that uses your wrist. Windmill is good, Just keep doing it but don't overdo it.
It'll hurt but that means your wrists are getting stronger. If it hurts ALOT, Rest for a day or two. |

Yeah alllwayys stretch.. especially your groin.. you DON'T want to pull that haha.. But to strengthen your wrist, what i did stall a turtle/hang glide freeze for 30 secs each day. now i can do what even on my wrist. And to transition from 1 mill to another is when you do your mills you'll be on your upper back. Once you get close to your side then at that point youre gonna want to pop up a little bit. you should almost automatically roll back onto your restabbed position.
