Windmill Help! -

Alright so I started bboying a little less than half a year ago. But 4 years ago, even BEFORE I was a bboy, I've always been able to do a Rising Windmill/StarFish KipUp. But I've been wanting to learn the real windmill for a loooong time but I just can't get it! Any tips?
