How do you practice? -

Often when practicing moves, it seems like there is one problem that would help a lot to fix, but I just can't fix it.
Flares are a great example for me; I always kick to early, or my legs are bent, etc. How do you train to fix this? I've heard do it over and over and try each time, but often, its hard to tell when its just right. Practicing wrong is what causes the bad muscle memory in the first place. How else can you practice to fix small issues like this? |
