also you are collapsing before you really get up. you need to get into the freeze and swing before collapsing.

ok i will try to explain in words not vids ,so i gotta hop off 1 hand onto back and roll into a freeze basically then keep repeating .but ALWAYS KEEP FEET OPPEN AND STRAIGHT OUT! alot people got the move metally but they need to get used to keeping legs out just like alot of other moves like flares but most moves u can remix like into babymills where u cris -cross legs and bring in ur feet. or lotus flares they arnt sticking out so work on keeping ur legs open and out i noticed that is ur main problem

hey i wanna know since im dominant with my right hand should i be doing this counter clockwise or is it better to place it clockwise? i do better footwork with counter clockwise but i use my right hand for freezes and such just a lil bit confused on what to do
