hmm
i can't tell if you already do this, but make sure you stab to the left or right of your belly button. the stab shouldnt be too close to a bone.. but if you're stabbing right, maybe this is just a thing to get used to |

find a spot where it doesnt hurt but is still comfortable. if not, just get used to it. no pain no game.

I don't know if this will work for you. But what I did was I started from turtle. I then shifted weight to my right hand and slowly lifted. Using my fingertips for support and trying to keep my legs straight. I don't know if it helps but I tried.

when i handglide i stab like halfway between my side and my belly button.
