i try and try but i cant
ppl told me someting about my left leg sweepin near floor but like i try to but ii cant do it
tips plz?!!?

yeah it is your left leg... okay first, try starting a little bit slower so you can just get it clean
second your left leg needs to bend, but when you get on your back
extend your left leg and make it straight so you get more spin, its also getting
closer to your right leg so your legs arent split far enough so it doesnt look clean
so try to keep your legs SPREAD apart as much as you can through the whole thing
also you need to land on your SHOULDER not your back
try practicing windmills with this in mind and post up another video after

o i thought i needed momentum, alright ill try that out
i thought legs have to be bend liek whole time haha. whatever il ltry whatever u say. i wanna get windmilsl down already

well yeah of course you need momentum but you need the circular momentum
think of your left leg kicking and extending out, like your momentum
its supposed to spin you so that you are rotating correctly
upper back/shoulder is basically the same thing, as long as its high up on your back

just keep practicing... it took me 6 months to get windmills

You're not even swinging the kicking leg... WHY? because it's bent so you're not creating any momentum with it... if you were GOOD at mills then you could make momentum that way but when you aren't you can't.

Keep the V form keep the kicking leg straight always.

you got the motion down, all you have to do is to spread those legs constantly

i sortra know what my problem is now
if u go ccw than read

i have to sweep my left leg as close to the ground as possible. i also have to keep legsin a v shape. also need to land on upper back.
i know how to get better windmills but just sayin it wont help. i need to practice practice practice

yes biggest thing is practice.. and im bruised up from windmilling. took me 24 hours just to collide. patients >.>
