Getting over the fear of falling from a head drill? -
09-24-2009, 08:46 PM
So ok basically suicide are one of my favorite part of bboying and I include it into a shitload of sets. Im also a huge fan of headspins, but i can never get over the fear of falling into a suicide from a head drill. About 80% of the time i land badly which causes me to stop bboying sometimes.
So i gotta ask is there a certain form to land on ur back or unless this is all through predicting how long u spin? |

seriously? Ive been doing those but still afraid of drills b/c the landing hurts a lot more compared to axels by my standards at least.
Do i need to tense my muscles are something to help resist the pain? |
