it's hard to explain, but it's how ur muscles remember specific movements and sequences of movements..and combos..... lol.... i can't describe it. but in bboying it helps with the fluidity of ur moves and transitions. also, it is the way u do those crazy powermoves bucz ur muscles naturally react and makes it seem eazy....O_o ..... idk........

Yeah at first your muscles aren't used to these movements (and may lead to soreness), as you continue to do these moves your muscles are more used to it. Eventually, it will be something that your body is extremely used to and makes it easier. Like typing. The more your fingers get used to it the faster your fingers can type (and eventually know where the keys are).

muscle memory has nothing to do with soreness, its just after doing a move a certain nubmer of times, your muscles will be able to do it without you focusing as much on it. At first, learning 6 step I would have to do each step slowly now I can do them real fast. That's muscle memory

yea they explained it good. when your muscles get accustomed to certain exertions or movements from constant repetition. how does it relate to bboying? Simple, the more you practice a powermove the easier it becomes because the muscle is being worked constantly. footwork too because your constantly supporting your weight with your arms. practice makes perfect can relate to so many things
