I had the same problem with the coffee grinder (helicopter) when I started, it's just your muscles getting used to being used in that manner, give it a day or two of rest and you should be fine. As for windmills, I'd say re-look at some of the guides on here about how to collapse and keep trying.

first you need to get your basic freezes before you go to other moves. Like baby freeze, chair freeze, handglide freeze. Air swipe the key to doing it continuous is being flexible in the shoulder/back area, I recently was able to do two swipes after stretching my shoulder/back area for a good amount of time. Remember in air swipe your shoulder and arm twists then your legs come

put the elbow of the hand that you didn't stab into your side on the side of your knee joint. Here's a vid

There are tons of freezes out there, when I learned how to freeze I used to put my right elbow on the inside of my right knee and the other on my left side.

practice gettin comfortable with what you know. Practice your flow. Toprock, kneetuck into 6 step and 3 step, maybe the helicopter into a baby freeze. Practice that set.

Next move i'd say maybe headstand and shoulder freeze. Pretty basic ones.
