Hey Bboy's and Girls! How you doin? Hope everything is fine
![]() Im a 14 year old boy, i work out about 3 times a week, and some of my friends started Bboying .. so i decided to start it myself, but i need some advices and tips from you guys, cause as this website says .... 1 Bboy Community ![]() Here are all the things i can do: Baby Freeze Handstand (40 seconds) Head Spin (one spin only :\ ) One hand stand (dont know how to balance it, but i just know how to do it for 2 seconds) Head stand Elbow stand (7 seconds max) That is all what i can do for now! And if i learn anything new i will surely edit this post and write them down. All i ask for from you, is that, what moves should i start learning now? Footwork, Floor work, Power moves? And please name the moves that i should learn now ![]() Thanks in advance, TeknoBoi |

toprock, sixstep. after that learn how to combine Toprock, sixtep and babyfreeze.
your first powermove should be the Handglide /Handspin. after that you can either learn Windmills or Crickets. Or just go for headspin. Thats just my suggestion. you should learn things that fit you the best |

LOL I'm 14 too XD nice to meet you! First you're going to want to learn how to toprock and how to do various fiotwork steps starting with the sixstep. Then start working on various freezes and transitions and powermoves.

Whoo!!! I'm 14 too(^__^). Yeah, go see that link Zync has. BUT MAKE SURE, you get your toprock and footwork (GET YOUR SIX STEP DOWN PACKED, then go to 2-12 steps), ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT CONCEPTS IS TO STAY ON BEAT!!!!REMEMBER THAT! Turtle freeze (then handglide stuff) Then go to windmills and backspins, after that you could go deeper into everything else. Are you in gymnastics or something? Because a 40second handstand is impressive for a 14 year old, I can barely hold mine. (I'm better with stuff that requires stabbing)

![]() But lsn dude, how im going to stay on the beat if it's a hard to follow song !? windmill i dunno maybe it's too hard for me :/ Hehe! No, but i saw my friend doing the hand stand and i LOVED it, so i decided to take it to the next level by staying very long balancing my whole body .. Well good luck with that if u practice hard like me, u'll do GREAT!Peace. |

seems like you're building your balance and strength for more power. props to ya =)
but i do strongly suggest that you work on getting your own toprock and footwork down. toprock most importantly because getting style in this area leads to having style throughout your whole sets and it makes everything look smoother. |
