Please help me!!!
well for one i am REALY FAT i think this is getting out of hand.

5 9 weighin 200 lbs
and im only 14

my parents dont want me to breakdance because their like ur gonna break something lose weight and then do it blah blah blah


and i really do wanna lose weight. it holds me back from doin windmill and footwork well not holding me back but its harder for me to do it.

and recently ive been jus playing computer games and shit because im getting stressed out with hw and stuff and getting too lazy. it s because i dun wanna even try breaking because of my weight. it tires me out 3 times as much as my friend ....



so i was hoping if n e one was kindly enough to show a rapid weight losing and food i should eat, and wat time i shouldnt eat after, fast motablism food, and a weekly basis of how i should excersise. and i really hope this gets me back into breaking. =/ please help me i would really appreciate it. and please dun make it too hard.

weight shouldnt matter really
bboying is free to anyone of any race religion weight height gender whatever
just tell your parents its something you've chosen yourself that you want to do
and still try to break with your friend
im sure he'll help you
bboying will help you lose weight
and besides ive seen some really "fat" bboys
and theyre freakin amazing
just excercise daily + try not to stress out so much + practice + time should do it
dont do extreme deiting or whatever

yeh well iw as wondering if u could give me some foods that are like good with not much fat and stuff in it. and im not eating passed 4 PM

lsoing weight wud really help me in my bboying though =/

The only safe way to lose weight is exercising and eating RIGHT. Not eating things that force you to lose weight. Also not eating at all is a huge no no.

Look at the "How to get in shape" section of the site and there should be lots of exercises and stuff. Also in my sig I made a workout guide that is excellent to do inside your house.

you shouldnt care what other people think of how you look and stuff
but yeah dont go for that gay ass weight loss food thats complete bullshit
i'd say go with like milk and juice and salads and fruit and 100% natrual stuff
and its ok to have junk food just watch how much you eat
like read the labels and stuff
as for the neck thing
just streghten up your neck muscles and you'll be ok

There is a guide on bboy.org somewhere. Look around. Spend 15-20 min of just exercising. you could also try running if you have time. You'll lose fat pretty fast. Or so I've been told.

I agree with that you shouldn't care what people think about your image, but I don't think that's the point. You guys can't deny that weight loss does help b-boying.

Anyways, there really isn't a really rapid, effective way to lose weight. Fats are hard to burn because they're stored energy, usually used only when necessary. Running is one of the most effective exercises in burning fat and of course, eat healthy foods to minimize the excess calorie intake. Also, eat in proportions, and not in mass amounts. If you cannot burn all the energy you just consumed, they will be turned to storage energy (fat).

You'd probably be much more motivated to exercise if you have someone to either push/coach you, or exercise with you.

I'm not an expert, so my information shouldn't be taken for granted, and probably read with a hint of skepticism.

You can be strong and have fat; you can be flexible and have fat (although some movements are still affected).

I would say don't worry so much about what you look like, care more about how you feel and what your body is capable of. Health over image, you know. And you're 14 and in your growing period, you should really try to eat healthily (don't fuck up your life just to lose a few pounds). Get them nutrients!

sup buddy. Im 5 9 . 250. Im a big dude tho. haha. my weight class was at 215 in wresteling. and it was a solid 215. now im fat. haha.

But no worries man. If ya wanna lose weight FAST. I can tell ya how. But you will hate it. haha. You can drop 20 lbs in 2 days. But thats pure water weight. So. It comes back. haha. But I can tell you how to lose it healthy.

DONT LIFT WEIGHTS! not till your about 18 ish

oh. no pop or milk. Drink loads of water. Before each meal. and eat raw veggies before you eat. and no more sugars.

haha. but thats the diet to get cut. not lean. Just eat proportions. You can eat whatever you want. Just dont eat to much of it. And ya GOTTA get some cardio . what game you stuck on?

oh snap. and wright down what you eat. its hard to do. but just get a pen and paper and wright down what you eat. as your eating it.

And then check into what you eat a day. Then go from there. Help your parents with the shopping. getting good food in the house is the first step. Getting the bad out is next. *your gonna fall down a few times. just like everyone*

Just ride your bike for a while when you feel stressed. You'll be surprised by how much fresh air actually helps and you'll also get all the electromagnetic radiation from the house out of your system.

gotta agree with ThirtiethTwelve, Getting outta the house is going to do ya good. you dont even gotta do nothing drastic. walk to the park. somethin. Be active. Thats all that matters. I got a buddy thats 16. looks 21. Eats whatever he wants. and still stays hella lean. pisses me off.

haha, ok. game looks kinda cool. its not going to matter if you stop for awhile is it? Just play it when your done at the end of the day for an hour or somethin. that game WOW. yeah. i was stuck on that thing for hours a day. now i play once a week. if that.
