Turtle Freeze Help -

ok well recently ive been recently working on freezes and found out that u need to know the turtle freeze to do a lot of moves such as turtles, crickets, and etc but i cant put my feet up and i ahve to have my face on the ground with a lot of weight on it.
ne one got a tutorial or tips? thanks in advance. |

Try to lift your head off the ground, but you can also use that to get use to the position. Your wrist will get stronger and you'll learn to balance easier just with practice.

Try to straighten your legs a little bit more. To bring more of the weight of your head to your lower body. Find a equilibrium. If you go too far, your lower body will touch the ground. So do it again, and bring less weight to your lower body. And practice so your wrists will get stronger.
