McCain IS the Republican Nominee, and Obama IS the Democratic Nominee.

I know there should be at least a few people on here who are keeping up with the 08 Election.

back in 2000 mccain ran against bush and im sure america would be better off if mccain won then.

but what i think will happen is that obama will wins seeing as bush has 30%ish approval ratings and america is tired of republicans and sucking.

but a negative about obama is that he was in his church for 20 years and now all of a sudden he quits it so he looks good to the public. And if you listen to something for 20 years your probably going to have some of it still ingrained in you.

think about it:
McCains a white rich guy with connections, hes also a republican (not one of those again).
Obama is an uncle tom, rich-white-person alternative... hes acting as if because hes black we gonna relate to him, but hes like raised up in no way close to us.

if i had to vote id vote for obama cuz like said before we dont need another bush.

But then again, Obama would be more of a working class president being that he was a lawyer before he ran for senate. While McCain was a soldier turned politician like almost ALL the others (you know what I mean). So that brings Obama closer to the people than McCain.

I'm undecided as to who I support. As for Obama, his foreign policy includes the invasion of Pakistan, as well as the support of Israel's beef with Palestine. Things which I definitely do NOT support.

Also, he's a lying snake of a politician. He's probably the smartest man in America right now; he's making everyone THINK he doesn't like politics, doesn't like the lying and conniving, when he's more cunning than all the rest. Example? Public funding. Obama stated that he'd support public funding in his platform if McCain was also for it. McCain is all for public funding, so Obama goes "Oops, nevermind! I take it back!"
