Sorry idk why USA dont have qualifications for last few years. At the beginning i thought it was only for EurAsia but then i saw crews from Africa competing in BOTY and i changed my mind. They dont have BOTY in USA maybe cause they dont want it?? Or too small amount of crews which want to enter??

USA boycotted BOTY because there were rumors going around that the whole competition was rigged. The judges already picked the winner beforehand supposedly.
