2 TEENS, KILL 7YR-OLD WITH "MORTAL KOMBAT" MOVES!
A 7-year-old's sister and her boyfriend were charged Tuesday with child abuse resulting in death after the two beat and kicked the Colorado girl to death as they were acting out fights from Mortal Kombat, according to arrest affidavits.
Heather Trujillo, 16, and her boyfriend, Lamar Roberts, 17, of Westminster, are being held on $100,000 bond.
Zoe died on Dec. 6 from blunt force trauma to her brain and central nervous system. According to the Weld County Coroner her right wrist was broken, her body had more than 20 bruises, her neck muscles were bleeding and skin near her tongue had been torn.
According to the arrest affidavits, Trujillo told investigators she and Roberts were babysitting Zoe (Garcia) and her twin, 3-year-old sisters, while their mother worked at the Corral Bar about five blocks away.
Trujillo said they were acting out the video game "Mortal Combat" by savagely hitting and kicking Zoe, even dropping her on her side, which broke her wrist. Roberts, who claimed to be a martial-arts expert with his hands registered as "lethal weapons, said Zoe had asked him to stop hitting her but that he didn't because "...I was drunk."
Roberts said he had performed a back kick on her, then kicked her again as she ran toward him. She fell back and didn't get up. She had stopped breathing, and Trujillo and Roberts waited 15 minutes before calling for help.
They said they put her in a bath, which temporarily revived her, but that she stopped breathing again. Roberts said he cracked an egg in her mouth "to see if she was messing around with them."
The egg went down her throat, the affidavit stated.
Finally, the mother and paramedics were called. Zoe was taken to the Northern Colorado Medical Center where she was pronounced dead.
A witness told investigators that she asked Roberts whether Zoe had asked them to stop. "Yeah, she told me to stop," he said. Asked why he didn't stop, he said, "I don't know; I was drunk."

Fergie of Hip-Hop group The Black Eyed Peas has joined the all-star lineup of artists appearing on the 25th Anniversary edition of Michael Jackson’s hit album Thriller.
The Thriller - 25th Anniversary Edition contains the original album in its entirety, as well as seven bonus tracks and a DVD featuring the Jackson’s ground breaking short films from the blockbuster album, including "Billie Jean," "Beat It" and "Thriller."

-- So, what about the all the rumors that you're leaving Def Jam?
The rumors are about only because my contract is up. If we can work something out that's beneficial to all parties involved, we'll see. But it's not about money. It's really about trying to invest in the future, trying to invest in maybe coming up with a new model. Because going in hard making records with artists and throwing those records into a system that's flawed is not exciting for me. It's not the music; people ingest music the same way. It's just that the model of selling CDs has changed. So doing things the typical way is not in the best interests of anyone and not exciting for me. My whole thing is, how do we invest in the future? If everyone is committed to doing that, then I'm sure there's a deal to be made.
-- Do you enjoy being an executive or do you love being an artist more?
I'm an artist first; that is my first love. However, being an executive is fun because it's a different way of being creative. You still have your hand in setting the tone and in what the culture is hearing and following. It's just that someone else is driving the wheel.
-- Will there be a new Jay-Z album next year?
(Laughs heartily) If I'm inspired. To be honest, I've been thinking about that lately. I have one album left on my contract, and then I've really come full circle.
This is all hypothetical but I've been thinking on the fly: I have one album left, right? If I'm inspired to make that album, then my contract is done and I'm not in the music business anymore as far as being an artist. I can still make music. But how I reach people with that music ... I can do anything with it at that point. It's kind of exciting in a way. I'm not in the music business so I can drop a single every month. Who knows? The possibilities are endless -- and without any pressure to sell anything. I could make whatever and do whatever with my music. Maybe the songs would just play in 40/40.
-- Which hip-hop artist has got next?
I don't know. The obvious choice would be Lil' Wayne. That's on the front of everyone's mind unless you don't include Kanye in the equation. I think everyone would agree that Wayne is the closest.
-- What other projects are on your to-do list?
Maybe produce a couple of movies. As far as acting goes, though, that's not really my thing. "Fade to Black" was pretty much a concert movie. I haven't produced any real movies. I'm talking something with some real acting and drama to it.
-- Is there anyone you still want to work with?
There are new artists sprouting up all the time. I just like creative people. I'm riding with that Feist album right now. Her voice is so distinctive and beautiful. And Amy [Winehouse], I'd love to work with her again. I hope she keeps herself together. Her voice is so incredible. I'm really drawn to voices. That's my thing.

AMERICAN KNOCKED-OUT W/ 'HITLER HEADBUTT', AT MCDONALDS IN GERMANY!
Video surveillance photos from a McDonald's in Gelsenkirchen, Germany shows an unknown suspect assaulting a 54 year old unidentified American.
The American said that the attacker had become offended that the American was not speaking German. After a small exchange of words the German, raising his right arm and shouting "Heil Hitler", head-butted the American, who fell to the floor.
The German, if found will obviously face assault charges along with the use of the illegal "Hitler Salute".

PRETTY RICKY (R&B/HIP-HOP GROUP), LOOKING FOR A NEW MEMBER!
Pretty Ricky is in need of a new member.
Pleasure, one of the members, left the group in public fashion by announcing the seperation at an award show. Nevertheless, the group is still going and they may get a new member soon.
"Pleasure, you know, he's not in the group anymore," member Baby Blue told MTV recently. "But he wants to do a solo album, and he's still signed to our label [Atlantic Records' Bluestar Entertainment]. So we just negotiating and trying to figure out which directions we want to go in, whether we want to do the solo album or not."
"There wasn't any creative difference," he added. "Because we're a family. Growing up, you get older and want to see what else is out there. It doesn't mean you're leaving your family; it's just exploring other opportunities. We gonna be there and support him 110 percent."
"We want to stay true to the sound...We're a hip-hop and R&B group. The three of us rap, and the fourth member has to be a singer just to keep the music consistent," he noted.
"It's more about [whether a new member can] be another brother and just cope with all our family issues or whatever...And they got to be a woman magnet. They got to know how to deal with these ladies, 'cause that's one thing we got to do. That's why the music is all about women, because Pretty Ricky loves the ladies and the ladies love Pretty Ricky."

ANGRY FATHER, SELLS $100 'HARD-TO-FIND' GAME... TO PUNISH HIS SON!

After catching his 15-year-old smoking pot, a Canadian man sold the hard-to-get Guitar Hero III video game he bought his son for $US90 ($103) for Christmas at an online auction, fetching $US9,100 ($10,420) from an Australian buyer.
The sale took place after the father spent two weeks searching for the video game for the Nintendo Wii gameboard.
"So I was so relieved in that I had finally got the Holy Grail of Christmas presents pretty much just in the nick of time. I couldn't wait to spread the jubilance to my son," the father wrote on the eBay website.
"Then, yesterday, I came home from work early and what do I find? My innocent little boy smoking pot in the back yard with two of his delinquent friends."
The man, a school teacher, who kept his identity private, said he sold the coveted video game to punish his son and discourage him from smoking dope.
The sale was a boon for the family's bank account, since the game the father purchased for $US90 was finally sold to an Australian who plunked down $US9,100 for it.
The naughty son, however, will not go without a present on Christmas.
"I am still considering getting him a game for his Nintendo. Maybe something like Barbie as the Island Princess or Dancing with the Stars ... I know he will just love them," the father said, tongue-in-cheek.

SING-ALONG DVD, ENCOURAGES KIDS TO BE SUICIDE BOMBERS!

Anti-terrorist police in Britain have discovered an Egyptian-produced children's sing-along DVD being sold in Bradford, West Yorkshire, that encourages children to be suicide bombers. A cartoon chicken introduces the DVD, which has three songs.
Although in Arabic, there are English subtitles. One video has a mother wrapping dynamite around herself when her daughter walks in & sees what she is doing. After her mother explodes, the girl is shown vowing to take the same path as her mother did.
Allegedly inspired by a Palestinian woman who blew herself up in January 2004 at a checkpoint and killing 4 Israelis, the DVD came from Abrar Book Shop in Hyde Park, Leeds, which yesterday was closed - under a half-mile from the 7/7 bombers' homes.

CARTOONS ORDERED, TO TESTIFY IN COURT!

An Italian court ordered the animated bird, along with Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck and his girlfriend Daisy, to testify in a counterfeiting case.
In what lawyers believe was a clerical error worthy of a Looney Tunes cartoon, a court in Naples sent a summons to the characters ordering them to appear Friday in a trial in the southern Italian city, officials said.
The court summons cites Titti, Paperino, Paperina, Topolino -- the Italian names for the characters -- as damaged parties in the criminal trial of a Chinese man accused of counterfeiting products of Disney and Warner Bros.
Instead of naming only the companies and their legal representatives, clerks also wrote in the witness list the names of the cartoons that decorated the toys and gadgets the man had reproduced, said Fiorenza Sorotto, vice president of Disney Company Italia.
"Unfortunately they cannot show up, as they are residents of Disneyland," Sorotto joked in a telephone interview with The Associated Press. "It certainly pleased us that the characters were considered real, because that's what we try to do."
The Naples court will have to rewrite the summons, although this will probably delay the trial, said Disney lawyer Cristina Ravelli.
"Let's hope the characters will not be prosecuted for failing to appear," Ravelli quipped.
