Will Jay-Z and LL Go At It? The internet has been going nuts about LL Cool J and Hov potentially crossing mics on wax. "I'm already the G.O.A.T, next stop is the billi," Hov offered on 50 Cent's "I Get Money" remix. Funkmaster Flex, who premiered the song, thinks Jigga jabbed, fans say it's a jab, and Uncle L definitely thinks it's a jab. In a recent interview, L was beside himself when addressing Jay's alleged shots.
"I love the competition. I'm about to smack some cats here soon," a visibly insulted L told Blok TV. "They're talking a little reckless out there. They done stepped in...got themselves in trouble."
"This new generation doesn't necessarily know my history. So sometimes you gotta Bernard Hopkins a cat for them to understand what they dealing with," he added. "There's a lot of paper champions running around fronting. And we gon' get it straight now. I'm happy that this moment has come to this."
On the flip side, Hov phoned into Angie Martinez's Hot 97 radio show to downplay the feud. "I wasn't thinking about him [LL]," Jay told Angie. "I'm being very honest. I really believe myself to be the greatest of all time. I was just trying to have a slick line. I just thought it was a fun play on words."
"If I wanted to go there, I would just really just go all the way out," Jay continued. "I don't like the way he's carrying it. We could have definitely talked about this. Or he could have just gave me a phone call. That's his decision, but I respect him as a legend in the game. And he gon' get a couple of passes because of that."
Knowing LL, he doesn't care and will go at Hov regardless. Ya'll remember what he did with Canibus.

YUNG JOC AND T-PAIN FIGHT IT OUT!
Yung Joc and T-Pain knuckle up. Stop the rumors! Joc didn't get got for his massive "Hustlenomics" pendant and rope chain. The ATLien recently told MTV that he and Teddy Pain were involved in a fight in London. Joc and friends were actually celebrating his birthday at Club Crystal.
"Pain was talking to this chick and this big football-player-looking dude came up," Joc explained to MTV. "He was big as hell...The dude grabbed her arm and she was like, 'I'm not leaving,' and [moves] away from the dude... The next thing you know, the dude started talking sh-t to Pain. The dude poured his wine out and ... I looked back at my security [guard], gave him my chain. He put it in my case and handed it to Rico. The dude hit T-Pain's partner in the head with a glass in his hand."
Joc and his partners then fought back and escaped unscathed. He should have struck dude with his humungous pendant like he's suggested to us in the past.

KANYE WEST- "I AM THE NUMBER 1 HUMAN BEING IN MUSIC."!
Kanye TV. Mr. West did a victory lap around a few TV and radio shows this week. In one of two highlights, cameras captured an ecstatic Kanye backstage after the taping of the Wendy Williams Experience.
"I just want to say I'm the number one artist in the world right now," Ye boasted . "I want you to document this right here. What I'm saying right now. I am the number one human being in music. That means any person that's living or breathing is...number two. Cause I'm number one right now."
The Wendy Williams episode is scheduled to premiere on VH1 tonight at 9:30 P.M.

KANYES MOM SAYS HE'S LIKE JESUS CHRIST!
In a recent interview with the Baltimore Sun, Donda West, Kanye West's mother, said her son was comparable to Jesus Christ.
"Kanye keeps it real," she said. "He touches the people. You never know how words can save a person's life, physically or otherwise. People like Martin Luther King or Mahatma Gandhi or, in my view, Barack Obama, or Jesus Christ — people whose job it is to tell the truth — I see that in Kanye. Now, people like you are gonna go, 'Oh, Kanye's mom said he's like Jesus!' but ... when you have a gift, you didn't get it by yourself. ... Your truth is your truth."
Donda was in town promoting her new book "Raising Kanye" which chronicles her time raising Kanye West as a single mother.

T.I. IS 'GREEN LANTERN' IN JUSTICE LEAGUE MOVIE?!
Clifford Joseph Harris Jr. aka T.I. (American Gangster, A.T.L) has recently read for the role of Green Lantern/John Stewart in the new "JUSTICE LEAGUE MOVIE". All I know is that he read for the part, I don't know how he did or if they are seriously considering him after the audition, but, he could be in the running.
Not to sure how I feel about T.I. as John Stewart, can he pull it off if chosen? One of the coolest heroes ever?
He certainly has the look.

YOUNG BUCK VS. LIL WAYNE!
"Class is in Session", a diss from Buck to DJ Khaled, Fat Joe, and Weezy has leaked from an upcoming mixtape.
Buck is still upset that Khaled will not play any G-Unit records on his radio show. And when it comes to Wayne, Buck is heated that Weezy did a song with Ja Rule.
"N---a, I know you," Buck fumed last week while promoting his forthcoming Cashville Records compilation Product of the South. "You have the nerve to call me and speak upon how you having problems and Baby is taking your money. And how right Mannie Fresh is about leaving. And if he responds in any type of way, I'mma end his career 'cause I got it on tape. I'mma let the world hear him complaining. But then you gonna run and stand beside Ja Rule talking about some 'Uh Oh.' That's the heart of [my problem with him]. You know that's some real beef, and you gonna run and stand with Ja. You're asking for it."

I normally don’t get into conversations like this, but this kind of hit a nerve in my body as an athlete. This whole Mark Ecko buying the Barry Bonds ball to put an asterisk over it:
I just think it’s the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard of.
Who are you as a person to take away somebody’s legacy because you don’t like him as a person? Forget that he is Barry Bonds and forget his records. He was “alleged” of doing steroids. This is America, just because you’re “alleged” of doing something doesn’t mean he actually did it and until he is proven guilty, you shouldn’t have the right to be the judge and jury.

You’re not Superman. You can’t go around trying to save the world from this ball. Give me a break. What if I buy your company and throw it in the trash because I say it's tainted? How stupid would you feel?

"SUPER TUESDAYS" (50 CENT/ KANYE)- NEXT, JAY Z / EMINEM?!
A few weeks ago, Timbaland was making predictions about the whole 50 Cent vs. Kanye West chart battle. Now that the numbers are in, he would like to see more Super Tuesdays — and he even has an idea about who he would want to be up against on record-store shelves.
"I gotta go against my daddy," he said Friday from the ABC studios in New York, where the super-producer is filming a guest spot for the soap opera "One Life to Live." "I call [Dr.] Dre my daddy. To make it be some talk, I gotta go against my big brother. He's my big brother. [Who are] the two quarterbacks? Peyton Manning and Eli? When they have to go against each other, it's like, 'Do I really wanna go against my big brother?' Dre is my mentor. That would drive people to the stores. Like, 'Oh snap, Tim and Dre!' JACKASS 3! (POSSIBLY FALL 08.)
Jackass star Steve-O let it slip on the Howard Stern Show that a third Jackass movie is in the works. No, this isn't talking about the JACKASS 2.5 Straight-to-DVD movie thats coming out in December.
“I was told to rest up for JACKASS 3 which will start shooting in January,” said Steve-O.
So there you have it, yet another pre-strike film. The first two Jackass films came out in early fall (September/October), so I would assume they are shooting for a Fall 2008 release. But who knows.
