So you thought B-boying was nothing more than a passing fad, something that went the way of leg warmers and head bands?
Think again. This revolutionary urban art form is bigger now than ever. Dancers today are taking the art to new and unbelievable heights.
Filmed in a fresh, unique way, the feature length documentary will document some of breakdancing's monumental moments in history, as well as showcase its current influence on youth culture. At it's core, the film will be character based. Through the lives of 4 separate B-boys from four different walks of life and generations, the audience will gain insight into what it truly means to be a B-boy.
The film will not only showcase the dancers' skills but will also look deeper into their genuine passion for the dance. Their personal lives will be revealed, providing an intimate view of how they balance work with dance; not to mention how their environment, culture and surroundings contribute to their personality and dance skills.
On May 21, 2006 each of the protagonists competed at the King of The Ring battle. The city of Toronto played host to the event, which drew people from all over North America; bringing together over 1000 spectators to witness the best of the best battle it out for supremacy.
King of The Ring along with some of the other memorable moments within the film will undoubtedly make All Out War one of the most talked about B-Boy films to date, painting a riveting portrait, capturing a culture of energy, dynamics and unstoppable momentum: one that will continue spinning for generations to come.
