Yo what battle were you watching? Ronnie ran almost his entire second two sets off his first sets moves. Especially that flare w/ baby, he used that at least 50x in the entire competition.

I don't hate Ronnie, I just don't think he won that battle.

Roxrite was a bit repetitive. I think his simplicity worked against him... he should have had more variety in the final... the final was not hot with regards to moves, but if you talking about beat riding... it was phenominal. Ronnie won that thing fair and square...

the event might not have been appealing to the uneducated eye, but any BBoy with a good knowledge of what bboy is or ought to be would be able to understand as to why Ronnie won, and would also be able to agree that Ronnie DID actually win.

Damn, can't you just write all those things in just one single post??

And i don't think Ronnie won fair and square. I saw the battle against Taisuke and i don't think Ronnie should've go on further in the competition. I think Lilou won against Roxrite but that's just me. Maybe i don't know enough about bboying and should learn a little more.

Just to make it clear, i like Ronnie. He's one of my fav. bboys but i just don't think he should've won.



EDIT AND P.S. : BTW, you should check out da interviews on the Bc One website. They uploaded all of 'em a hours ago.

Taisuke has ugly flares so I automatically thought he lost the last round. He shouldn't be doing those flares in professional competitions if they look like that.

lilou smoked roxrite imo. and honestly i think benny smoked lilou. the judging was a lil iffy. but i do say ronnie deserved it all in all. 2nd place is the first loser. goodjob ronnie!!!

I think there should've been a 3rd spot battle. That would've been one of the only battles that would deserve to be seen.

So, both Lilou and Hong 10 are pre-qualyfied for the next bc one??

Anyone knows something about the "Bc One" game that's coming out next year? (Not "B-Boy the game" by Crazy Legs... A "BC ONE" game... :P )

you guys undoubtably have valid points about Taisuke, and Ronnie and Roxrite getting so far in the comp...

personally, I agree that Tasuke beat Ronnie. I also agree that Benny VS Lilou was a tight one, lilou probably the deserved victor by a hairstrand.

But Lilou Ronnie was a fair result... Lilou had the better moves, but he crashed... and crashing is one thing that F^%$ you in breakin.

As i said earlier, Ronnie and Roxrite were consistent and they were beat riding better than anybody in the comp. so bboying, being a dance... they won. bboying is not gymnastics... that's why you see guys like Cico and KYS going out early... all they have is power and well rounded bboys will kill that shit... power gets boring quickly.

they definately should have had a 3rd&4th battle!
