try wearing a big bra and then put a smaller bra over it.
thats what this one girl did that i knew. but she did it for gym.
dont know if it helps or not. cant hurt to try.
im still trying to comprehend why individuals who don't have breasts, have never had breasts, and unless they get topsurgery will never have breasts feel compelled to offer horrible advice. ok..off my soapbox..
now for the lady who needs the help- heres advice from one lady with a big chest (34 D) to another:
like the other ladies said: SPORTS BRA. There have been times when ive worn my underwire underneath a sports bra, but a really good sports bra should do u fne. I currenty sport a racer back Champion brand sports bra and it works great. DO NOT expect NO BOUNCE, cuz ur always gonna have a bit..sorry, its gravity...but u want MINIMAL bounce. My bra ran be about...$40 full price (got it on sale tho for about 20ish....) but its definitely worth it..if U (not any other gent on here) want a pic or two, ill take them and post them for u.
GOOD LUCK
What is Jyuce?! Gimmie soma dat purple drank!

We need pictures in order to help you with your problem. Otherwise theres just no use to keeping your large breasts down. Pictures help solve problems. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words.
that's a load of crap. pictures may help, but this is not one of this situations where it's needed. Maybe it would help show HOW large they are, but the advice can apply and she can take what she needs. It's gonna be somewhat of the same problem and advice for females with large breasts... and slightly larger than large breasts.
i'm having a hard time believing the requests for pictures (except maybe one of them) are genuinely to help her.
What's up with all the immature response asking to see her breasts? Chances are she came here to ask other "bgirls" to help solve her problems instead of many "adolescents" who talk like they have never seen boobs before.
As for the real issue itself, sorry to say I have no idea. I have a very minimal skills on the women body but according to what I've read so far, sport bras seem to be the effective way to prevent your problem.
