Ladies, a bit of Help with teh Stabbing... -

ive been working on mills for sometime now, and im having a bit of trouble..*sigh* meh chest is too big, so instead of stabbing in my abs like my homies do, im stabbing a lot lower, like pelvis/right near the inner thigh area, which sucks cuz i cant lift high enough from those positions to get the carrythru to complete the rotation. Do you laides know any other places to try and stab, or any techniques to help me out a bit?

i used to stab in my abs until i grew lol
But before that, when i did, it felt uncomfortable to me.
So I started to like stab on the side, hope that makes sense, iono how to explain it sry lol

stab kinda in your obliques... to the side, right above your hip bone... we stab lower not completely due to chest, but actually to offset the weight of our hips... work slowly on the techniques of collapsing and then getting back up, separately. when you first stab, it's like doing a handglide freeze, but have your other arm up above your head to support yourself... then raise both legs in the air, holding the V at your hips and bent out somewhat at your hips... then collapse from there.

pero, fae, i dont collapse when i start, i start on my back and swing my legs around, using them for momentum before i stab (hope that makes sense)- but im gonna apply these methods to that way too. cuz my guy friends dont get it, so they say to stab more center, uk? but thx again!

ay iz it swirlz askin? when you stab dont place your elbow straight in your side or straight in your stomach. you need ta hit tha sweet spot or between your b-button and your hip bone. it'll help wit balance n what not.

o yea n practice breathin. maybe it soundz weird but seriously bein able ta breath will determine whether you hold it for half a second or thirty. stab n stay in position as long as you can while breathin and countin calmly as a warm up.

ty ty, but i can hold it and breathe just fine, its in the rotation that i cant stab right..kina hard to explain..but thx fo da imput..quick question: whats the "sweet spot"?

ahh i c!!! ty! im just glad that even tho my thighs are helllla muscular (girl muscular, not guy muscular), that i can use them for good momentum instead of them weighing me down ^_^

lol, but girl thighs r stronger in some ways stronger than guy thighs.
