Put more energy into it. It's bgirling, not just doing the movements. In a battle, to me, it's not about how well or clean your steps are. It's your attitude and energy. That's just me.
My best educated advice is: Your toprock is good, now you just need to add some of your spices in there. Put more arm movements in there. You top rock with your arms too.

Well your toprock looks fairly good the fact that the camera was shaking also gave it a dynamic touch.Add more toprock to it,variate it even more, spice it.As far as footwork goes,i didn't really see the steps very well but try to make them faster.

You have some of the basic ideas, just need to clean it up a bit.
Loosen up with the tops a little more, add some energy, arm movements, and variation.
The footwork needs more fluidity, variation, and a sense of being light on your feet. This comes from repetition and practice.
The best thing to do is watch some videos and tutorials, and practice a lot so you develop the basics/foundation, and as time progresses your own flavor/style comes out. You are off to a good start, just keep practicing!

Variate your toprock and throw more attitude and energy into it. You seemed to get lazy with your footwork and it started to look like you were thinking to much. You seem to have pretty good foundation, just work on adding energy and attitude and you'll start to see some big improvements.

i'd work on just speeding things up and adding a little more originality into the basic moves. but you just started a few months ago so its understandable that you have to do it slower and stuff like that at first. its definitely important (imo) to learn the basics first and then tweak them and add your style to them. you're better than i was at four months... haha at four months i think all i could do is one simple toprock move, coffee griders, 6 step, and possible baby freeze. i just now started making my toprock more original, combining different footwork steps, workin on my transitions, and learnin power moves and i've been bgirlin' for a little over a year. so yeah ur in no rush to make everything perfect. just work on learnin what you can and then improving it/speeding it up.

It's good but I tell everyone this:
See if you love breakdancing, show that you do by showing your attitude/style
Work as hard as you can to perfect the tiniest of abnormalitis with ur moves. If needed ask others (which u have done)
With your footwork, feel comfortable when doing ur footwork. cause when u get on2 doin floor rock and shit like that u sorta hav 2 feel comfortable and improvise.
Apart from those you were pretty good. How long hav u been bgirling 4?

Hello -

What you really need to do is learn the actual up rock style and steps. Watch So of the Gambler demo vids on Youtube. The key is to have set steps that you can combine and flow together. Because personally, i am not very good at power moves but my foot work and style win me battles. Its all about performance and persentation. So learn some uprock. Best of luck! any questions or if youd like me to elaborate just ask.

Don't mix bboying with uprocking. Two different dances entirely lol. And I reccomend breaking to funk. Funk always makes me wanna get up and groove to the music.
