but i realized that every one has there own definition of the term
i have my way of explaining wat bgirl is but i wanted to see the opinion of others

i'd say, but i haven't possessed the characteristic yet, is a girl who is confident. she sports her own style, on and off the floor. don't matter what she wears, but she has that certain confidence that says.."bgirl". against the boys, she wouldn't have to be the best at breakin , ..altho it would be a plus.., but as long as she shows her style, she got it.

i think it's also a lifestyle, just the way you carry / portray yourself everywhere you go.

to me a bgirl is someone who is knowledgeable about hip-hop and hip-hop culture, is a hardcore breaker [not someone who does it for one month then calls themself a "b-girl"]....
