Personally, I dont see anything wrong with 6pack abs on a chick. It just shows hard work. Of course, when they start looking like Miss Universe.. than that's a little scary.
I've been workin out for a year and started doing some weight lifting along with taking fat burner pills and whey protein shakes along with limited creatin intakes to help build muscle and lose the excess "fat" that I actually have... not that I have much.
Only recently within the past month have I really started noticing the drastic change. I put myself on a really nice diet.. high protein and such. I'm not as gung-ho about the diet as most people are. I pretty much eat what I want but naturally, I don't have a dire need for sweets or a lot of super fatty foods so I'm pretty good in that dept.
I'm working to getting my 6-pack abs. I'm only at a 4, but m obliques are really starting to show along with the "V-Muscle" (im sure you boys know what I'm talking about), back muscles and shoulders and stuff. <3
I'm doing all of this b/c its part of my new years res for 2008 and to get myself ready for the upcoming car shows in my area. Plus the upside to having a nice body and being healthy is also FTW. That and it helps for strengthing myself up for the harder moves in breakdancing.
