I believe that it's possible for girls to have 6 pack abs. I've seen a lot of em.
As for burning the fat layer on your abdominal, any cardio exercise will help but it's up to your genes to determine which part of your body to burn fat first. Patience is all you need.
wow i'd almost forgotten about this thread lol... i just found it again while browsing the forums. can't believe it's five pages long. i'm not complaining though lol. i heard some really great points about this whole thing so i've decided i'm just gonna keep workin out and practicing my breakin' and not worry about gettin' a 6 pack... if i get one i get one, if i don't i don't. i'm not gonna quit workin out just so i don't get one and i'm not gonna work extra hard just so i can get one. it's kinda just whatever happens happens. so thx everyone!!!

I could feel it in my abs as well..but seriously in booty building, my ass hurts...i pwr wlkd for like 12 minutes on an incline and gradually increased both ( i started out at a 3.0 incline and a 3.5 speed then i increased to a 3.5 incline and a 4.0 speed) craaaazy stuff..and it makes u more flexible than running....chek it out ladies!!

Weeellllll, if we are gonna talk about booties, you have gotta check out/try the Suhaila Salimpor Format glute squeezes. This will give you booty and control over each glute. this chick is amazing. I try to do these every time I work out and and we always do em in class.

As far as abs go, I think that it was mentioned before, but six packs are genetic. W.E. maybe its the bellydancer in me talking, but a layer of fat, mind you a small layer, over muscle looks sexy. But dont get me wrong, six/four packs are hawt, but I like da feminine look.

I know you've had a lotta comments, maybe more than necessary. But if you want abs, go get some do what you have to do.
Fact is swimming really works you and is the best workout. I disagree and say Breakdancing works you harder in less time. Ive got triceps and sorta visible abs i fot i never had before.
What I think is best to do in this case is think how much do I wanna work my abs. If you think u only want enough so you can sorta see em, then work to that level. Once you have jst tone up 1nce in a while. But see if you want sorta bulging abs jst keep working at it. You choose what you want. Even if u want us 2 see a pic then we can say what we fink and u jst keep working.
Nothing wrong bout girls having abs. It's just what looks best for u
