Found this tread REALLY randomly, but WOW! I give you 5/5 for a month of breaking! You're really good, especially for a girl.

My congrats! You have 1 fan .

It takes a moment to be amazed, but it takes YEARS to do it!

Get back on your foundation, you have several severe foundational flaws. For starters focus on the basic toprock steps, I know they seem really boring and often seem mastered quickly, but they aren't. After 9 months I'm going back to basics and still crunching hard on my foundational steps, the better you are at foundation the better you will be period.

Your dowrock has 3 major flaws, your 6step is facing in different directions, which should not be the case when you are practicing the foundational six step. You should start pointing one direction and finish in the same direction. You want your hips to stay higher, you can accomplish this by making sure that your only on one part of your foot and not on flat feet, when your foot goes under your butt make sure its high on the toe to keep your hips up. Also your flow is choppy, however that will come as you gain experience with the moves.

The baby freeze needs help, check out D.n.A's foundational transitions guide, it should fix your main problem which was the entry.

All in all your doing ok, I was watching my first vid yesterday from 3 weeks of breaking and it really doesn't look that different from this. Everyone starts with nothing and works their way up, just remember to drill your foundation because its what you build everything else on.

I'm just another up-and-comer paying dues.
I think I'm possibly the slowest learner on all of bboy.org haha.

Yah, it takes a few months to get a grasp of the foundation, and mastering foundation takes years. After 9 months I honestly don't even think I'm even close yet.

Wow, Ringer. How nice of you. LOL

Anyway, you've gotta bring your hips up when you six-step. They're a little on the low side. Also, it seems like you're moving all over the place with it. With a six step, one of the most important fundamentals is that you finish where you started. So, pick a point, and try your best to finish in that direction. You might wanna check out one of those foundational guides we have 'round here. I think D.n.A made one, or w/e.
