what do you think about krumpin in a battle. Like is that alloweed or no because its a completley diffrent style from bboying and i was wondering how ur suppose to respond to that if is are you suppose to do it back because someone told me when ur batteling whatever move they do last your suppose to do something similar just better and more you. Oh and i know i ask alot of stupid questions on this site but i want to know.

i don't think krumping is okay, hun. it's just too commercialized and played out by dance 360. well that's my personal opinion and also you can't really make krumping more you. its all the same style of movement, really so i don't see how that works.

but if someone randomly starts krumping in a battle, when you're up do your own thang then make fun of their krumping at the end or somewhere in the middle. LOL. that's just funny.

Krumpin can be used... i seen a bboy tat uses krumpin as his style of dance... and dance 360 don;t play it out from wat i seen.. mostly da booty shakers LMAO!!

this is off topic but has any of you ever felt like ur spark for hiphop is dying? thats what im feeling right now, ive been drifting more and more into funk in the past year and im enjoying it but i dont wanna lose my hip hop side of dancing, its just doesnt feel the same when im doing hip hop and my creativity is basicly non existant, ive recently tried to recapture my hip hop 'soul' with bboying but its just not the same kind of dance if you know what i mean, it might just be my hate for the 'mainstream' hip hoppers but can sum ppl give me their thoughts please.

first of all u can realy break wit hiphop musik i mean too slow to break. Breakin wit hiphop musik is too comercialised, break wit funk music coz its nice, fast, beaty and just listen to hiphop wen ur not breakin.

everyone keeps asking what krumping is..lets see if i can try to make it clear.

Krumping is a very rapid dance style where, in most cases, the dancer stands there and violently thrusts and shakes. That's a terrible description. But when people use it in battle they go up to their opponents face and use their arms to make it seem like they're gonna hit the other person while they violently shake their body. In the bay some people call it "going dumb."

It's called krumping cuz its like clown dancing. I say clown dancing because in south california it originated as ghetto clowns using that style of dance in their act.

Since there are four elements of hip-hop and breaking is one of them then breaking is considered "hip-hop" dancing. And if you can break you should be able to dance regularly too. ghey isn't a word either.
