well it was my first time bgirlin at a dance and i all i could was the footwork and style but once i tried my turtle i did half a turn and my skyscrapper one turn. an usualy i can do 2 fast turns of the turtle and 3 turns of of the skyscrapper

I still feel rally nervous all the time im bboyin. I get unnerved when soeone battles me and seriously closes in on me and stares me out.

I started staring people out really hard to try and get over it, but it made it worse! everyone just gave me serious shit in the battle staring me out really bad and dancing inches from my face and stuff. yeah man, totally agree. It's about having fun--- once you drop the expectations of impressing others (solely) then a lot of tension drops. With the remaining tension, just harness it and you'll do fine.

Whenever I'm in a crowd, I either a)can't hit anything or b)hit everything better than I ever did on my own. And now that I'm starting to realize that I'm having fun is putting me in situation b) more often.
