you will get them, normally when u are on the verge of givin up thats the time u should keep on practicin coz they tend to get easier after that, trust me the first time i started after i got bruised up and stuff i gave up for like a week and when all my bruises healed and i got back into them , i had more flow i guess its always good to have a brief rest when u r about to give up.
trust me once u get that momentum it feels good and there is hardly any power involved compared to when u first start it feels like u are lifting ur whole body weight aroung in circles but soon it will get easier.
