im 12 and i only know how to do a toprock cause my friend taught me..i got interested and looked online for other stuff..and here i am! does breakdancing only involve hip hop and alla that.. cause i listen to trance,rock,punk,alternative,jpop, and metal o_o and i can do a handstand which i guess is a good start! ^^;

the question is..how do you do a six step and a swipe???

don't say you're new to "breakdancing" around here. you're supposed to call it "bboying" cuz that's the proper name, even though it's sexist. and the hip hop you're thinking of is probably the mainstream hip hop, and has nothing to do with the actual 4 elements of hip hop: dj'in, mc'in, bboying, and graffing.

And so0perSWEET, welcome and i hope u find what you're lookin for, as noone has really answered your question keep workin on your toprock, and also learn the 6 step, and some basic freezes like a turtle freeze, chair freeze, and headstand and you're well on ya way. hope this helps.
