This kind of pushup works your triceps a lot more than regular ones do but be warned - they are a lot harder to do. You might need someone to hold your elbows in for you at first.

Braunau - Those people are fat for a number of reasons. One of them being a seditary lifestyle where softball (essentially standing around and maybe runng once every hour) is a token gesture to fitness.
Shit there are PRO baseball players who have a gut that'd be better placed on a darts player at the Embassy!

Dancing on the other hand is a full body physical and cardiovascular workout. You don't need to get fit to dance. The dance itself gets you fit.
That's like saying people need to get fit before they go to an aerobics class.

As for the strength needed, as you train moves, your body grows and becomes strong in the ways it needs to do the moves you are doing.
I ever go to the gym or do weights, My stomach is fat-free and my triceps and shoulders get bigger every week.

Also - you use weight machines. Not the best of ideas when you actually need to use the strength you build. Machines basically train you to be good at using machines. Since they lock you into moving weight along one precise plane of movement, if you change that movement, (as you do in a dance like bboying) your strength becomes much less effective.

Machines have many problems, also streching to the well known problems that can be caused by working muscle groups in isolation.

For bboying, you don't just need strong muscles - you need all the supporting muscle groups to be worked aswell, if youre going to use weights, then freeweights are by far the best answer. (Once you know how to use them)

But anything where you are building up muscles you don't use while bboying, is simply making life harder for you, and in all honesty, is purely cosmetic.
So you mean when i go down, my shoulders will touch my hands??

That's all folks~
