LP - i can do handstand pushups, but only against a wall ( well , a few feet away but you know what i'm sayin) and i can't get all the way down to a headstand without hooking my feet over something to make me feel safe

but it DEFINITELY helps with popups
absolutely




you must have been a bgirl.... because the only moves that you pulled on me were heartbreakers

I can only do one handstand push ups. I know it's pathetic. I thought they were easy but it's hard. I am trying to learn 2000's so hopefully I get the down, let me got to the moves section.......

glade to see they help...I can lower myself to the ground while in a handstand...but my lil arms can never lift me back up...so I have somone there to grab my legs and help me lift my body back up

but this one guy at school was telling me...to bring my legs really close to my body...and kick them out and push out in a spring motion...and he's like I'll spring up...he's says the kicking helps for him...but the kicking does nothing for me

i don't know what all the names are either but i have been doing a lot of shoulder stand into i guess the forarm one that electron is talking about, i've been working on the turns with ankles together and i don't know what it's called when you pinwheel the arms and then the legs and you would end with your knees bent stomach up arms behind you not a bridge though, i would really like to work on my footwork repertoir

bendy, those turns with the ankles together are called rotations
if you stick your front leg out then come in to it with the back leg and turn it becomes " round the world"
those rock... you can corkscrew down in to them , rotate , do a coffee grinder in to six step... all kinds of stuff
i don't know what you mean about shoulder stand in to forearm freeze unless you're popping up over and pushing with your arms - that's called a popup in to forearm freeze - those are dope too

as for me, well, i'm workin on power again - getting the popup to standing from backspin so that soon i'll be able to strengthen my windmills and start from standing, get coin drops and such

practicing my lame ass half way flare, but it still feels like i'm building on that

and as for tonight... drunken master style dancing... totally excited for that one
i'm getting ninja freeze and kicks tighter as well, and some cool threading moves up in to shoulder freezes - what i need is tight exits from one freeze in to another, it's tricky to lower yourself and snap at the same time
