bendy, those turns with the ankles together are called rotations
if you stick your front leg out then come in to it with the back leg and turn it becomes " round the world"
those rock... you can corkscrew down in to them , rotate , do a coffee grinder in to six step... all kinds of stuff
i don't know what you mean about shoulder stand in to forearm freeze unless you're popping up over and pushing with your arms - that's called a popup in to forearm freeze - those are dope too
as for me, well, i'm workin on power again - getting the popup to standing from backspin so that soon i'll be able to strengthen my windmills and start from standing, get coin drops and such
practicing my lame ass half way flare, but it still feels like i'm building on that
and as for tonight... drunken master style dancing... totally excited for that one
i'm getting ninja freeze and kicks tighter as well, and some cool threading moves up in to shoulder freezes - what i need is tight exits from one freeze in to another, it's tricky to lower yourself and snap at the same time
