If toprock counts....then definitely toprock.
Some freezes, best would be a forearm hollow. I'm trying to actually do an invert from this position, but my head usually touches the ground making it more of a funky inverted headstand. Working on it.

damn skippy! just playing but for real...top rock to me is just dancing. I know it's really your intro to a circle and you CAN follow formats, but I guess my style really doesn't follow formatted steps. But that's essentially why I love it. It's my own. I did make some progress lately... I can now hop more than once. Average two to three hops. However, it's not noticable. Gotta train harder. Aaaaaalmoooost there!

Hi, I'm new here (I just registered five minutes ago). I'm not that good yet, but I think my best move so far is the butterfly twist. Does anyone know how to spin 4 full times? I can only spin 3.
