I really like it; I'm glad that it came out, especially at the time that it did. Breaking seems to be on the rise again and people need it explained to them.

My only gripe is that it's told from RSC point of view and they don't really go into the international scene as much as I woud've liked.

I damn near had to steal the show...

yeah

Drifter...the final project

Breaking can be whatever you want it to be. If you want it
to be the original, structured dance that it was 20 years ago,
then it can be that for you. If you want it to be your own
limitless form of expression, it can be that for you.
The world will never agree on what exactly Breaking is...
and if the world ever does agree, then I guess I won't be Breaking anymore.

i think its fine, its the first video i saw on bboy history so it widened up a lot of perspective for me. im reading yes yes ya'll. that's a much more broader history of hiphop in general. i really like it. the book is made up of quotes from afrika bambaata, grandmaster flash, theodore, RSC, and all the other old school heads.

It's Asia One.

Also check out Style Wars.

Plus, who thought that the battle with Flo Master and SuperDave was kinda wierd. Flo was pretty much off, and SuperDave replied with clean power moves. Not really that comparable.

And what the hell was that "Hand of Hip Hop" feature? Did that need to be in there.

But I liked Ken Swift's music video.

Yo, I thought that the shoe phone was pretty creative. I actually did that before I ever saw it and it is always good for some laughs in a circle.

Freshet Kids out DVD is one of the best bboy , movies/documentaries out. I think it's a must for newcomers and experienced bboys alike. I like the whole DVD especially the clips toward the end. Plus in the end part where they had everyone bboying in the end to "Just Begun" was dope.

yeah, ,it's pretty sicc. i love it. the renegades/sec battle is my favorite feature. i don't know what that hand of hiphop shit was doing on there either. lol

"yes, yes, ya'll" is a dope book. i've read it cover to cover a couple times. the photographs are really nice too. i would recommend it to everybody.
