if u girls work out then power yes. n style n grace n the smoothness is already there for u but somethings jus need that wild side to it. Girls kn be great though

i've said it before in many other posts. we are bioligically different. we can't get those power moves as quickly as the boys can. even if we do practice, it will take girls much longer to develop the strength. we definitely dont have the advantage in a physical way, but mentally, with creativity, we do have an advantage. that's why girls are more into style than power. girls ARE more creative, and since power doesnt come easy, its what we have to use.

sit-ups, push-ups, pull-ups, taking a jog, swimming etc....all good without the gym.

yea i used to swim competitively for..geez i dunno how many years. swim team works ur stamina so well, it also tones ur entire body. so big ups for swimming! its sort of pointless unless you have a big pool tho, or have one at the park or school....going around in circles in a kiddie pool doesnt cut it. i have a gym membership, but i never go kuz i just work out at home. when i get bored i just...drop and do some sit ups. i also just live with ankle weights on. put them on in the morning, do wutever aorund the house, take them off when u have to go out or go to sleep.

You know that's a really good idea rayray! I'm gonna buy some velco weight things for doing chores around the house. Thanks lady =)

I have a swimming pool outside my apt but its closed now =(

Now I take a jog before dinner, then after dinner I relax for a bit and then go to the gym(if I don't have a math or dance class).

Did we get off track?(how most threads tend to). Well no cuz working out and talking about different ideas can help us build our strength, therefore kicking some b-boy butt in power AND style!

hahaha

i cant exercise as much as i used to because of my boyfriend!! gRRrr hes SO lazy, he wont even go outside to walk with me around the block. im sort of glad he's moving, so now im gonna have more time to do my own stuff. not that i dont wanna be with him, but i've really gained a lot of weight, and my muscles have definitely atrophied from the time i used to practice kung fu 2 hours a day until now. when i got bored i used to have a bowl of cereal and practice outside, now i call up my boyfriend and go out to eat. a horrible habit indeed.

I do push ups every morning and every night - sit ups and crunchs too

i also streach every morning and night also- i wish i had more time to run

i also have break class every tuesday and friday - that is a lot of fun!
