i took class from asia one a week or so ago
she was great - really direct and precise

and she said that it's harder for us to do power in the beginning , but that we've also got a huge advantage because we have so much more power in our hips then men do , and once we learn to use that it's easy to make power graceful
her mills are amaZing

seeing her , i realized thati can't mill at all
but now i know how to practice them

do we have an advantage ? no , not really , different learning speeds and maybe some different styles for dancing the steps , but mature boys can hit a beat too ... and the rest is just dedication and practice

you must have been a bgirl.... because the only moves that you pulled on me were heartbreakers

rayray , i gotta disagree , creativity is really not gender related . and power doesn't come so easy to boys too . i for example don't have power for shit . but windmills , swipes , backspin , 1990's . all this power for example don't require as much strength as they require a technique and a lot of training , and can be learned by boys and girls equally with enough effort . sure , power moves that really require just strength like flares and such are gonna be easier for males cause they can develope muscles much faster , but the same can be said about females's flexabilty that is more hard for males to develope then the girls . style is too not gender related , it's individual related , and no one of the genders have an edge over the other one in that category .

that is true - 09-23-2003, 04:43 PM

some of us maybe saying that guy mainly have more power than girls because of lifestyle. in general most girls may not be as strong as guys but the one's who have similar lifestyles do have just as much strength. and that isn't easy to find. not many guys have as much creativity then girls do because of the side of the breain we think on. the side guys think on is built on logical thinking. that's y we usually have an easier time in math or science. (nopt saying girls rn't good at it) the side that girls think on is mainly thinking outside of the box if u kno wut i mean and that's y they do very well in english(not saying guys rn't good at english) but this goes for many girls n guys but not ll r like that. it's just the way we choose to live.

asia is 32
she's totally tiny though
her legs are small ,and she's built herself up on top a lot

so , just for the record , it's not like she has to move hips that are more than , oh , say , 34 - and probably smaller than that

well i'm a 36 hips , and i've definitely got ass , i'm sure that's around 37 by now ... but i'm tall and pretty evenly proportioned so i dont' think of myself as chunky.

measurements don't make much difference , really , a lot of it is in how you carry yourself .
D - i have army green fabric now , it's not super warm but it's super soft so i'll go with that for your hoodie

suey , if you're still here , i'll get on yours soon too ... i'm finally finding good times to sew , and soon will have my own sewing room in my fab new house

really , you guys , you should try to get down to SF to visit while i'm here - there's no better time to do it .
