Well I can help a little but that is called an avatar and to get that on you have to go to your user CP and go to edit Profile then it asks something about Avatar and you go to the box where it says http:// ...................... (its blank there) then you get that avatar and figure out the URL and type it in another words right click the pic and go to properties and then you should see all that stuff that's like http:// and whatever it may say and type that in the box then you should be done. I hope that made sense but I really doubt it. So if anyone else can break it down let the d00d know!

or u can just browse ur comp for saved pictures, u dont have to upload them to the net first.
