I've been Bgirling since 6th grade, then stopped a year after that.
Now I'm back into after a four year waiting period.

I am new to the Bgirlin thang but I got turned on to this site by one of my closest homies. He is doing his thang over in the freestyle forum (Razorbrain) and also everyone knows Bgirl Bali thats my homegirl fo sho! Another person is Cruise he hasn't been on here much but he does be on this site!

Heylo Peoples,

New to the site but not to the scene. Definitely happy to see more females innovating. Now if only I could meet up with some at an actual club and exchange knowledge....

Well, I have two questions:
1) How the hell do you display a damn avatar icon?? I tried editing the user CP and it says list of available graphics~....blank. I don't know how to work with pixels and all that so any layman terms would be much appreciated.

2) I noticed my wrists have been getting extremely weak lately while executing my six step and freezes and especially spins. I usually wear either bandanas or ace bandage wrap type things to keep them locked, but I just have little wrists! Any strength building exercises to try?
