you can do push ups on the backs of ur wrists too, but be careful if your wrists are really weak...these are good for conditioning ur wrists and if you wanna do freezes like that later on. hope that helps

i don't go clubbing either....all the good ones are 21 and over, so i just go to house parties... free alcohol and lots of music! & u can dance as much as you want kuz everyones drunk and nobody caresssssss
