hmm.. it´s hard to learn via web... but focus on doing it first slowly repeat ... repeat... repeat it. Then do it a little bit faster... again repeat it, after a while you see that you can do it quicker and quicker every time. Remember also your hands... that they are right, only the other hand on the floor at the time, not both.
It´s only practise, you need...

ey i just started breakin like..2 months ago? i got 1 rotation on windmill, uprock, n 6 step down..

i've been graffn for about a year tho..so i guess i got that part down..
