hey everybody !!! this is my friend emma aka bendy ( until we give her a bgirl name or she gets one from somebody )
she's awesome !!! she's a gyrotonics trainer and a friend for a long time. I taught her some footwork the other day and she picked it up really quickly and i can't wait to get up north again and see where she's at a few months from now.

Hey ya'll i'm from portland or, new to throwing down been dancing and moving in somesort of interesting way my whole life, would like to know some chicks here in portland to hook up with, i was introduced to this site from electron
aurA- for your wrists can't tell you too much without showing you but try standing on your knees and in a push up position roll through your hands on the floor and push yourself up by reversing the roll, try it in different positions ie; with your hands pointing in different directions, let your elbows bend when you do it, thats all i could tell you through words give it a try they really help

hey girls, i'm 21 from central cali. i just signed up to the board and i'm new to breaking, though i'm no stranger to dance. i've got quite a few years of dance class, performance, etc. under my belt so hopefully that will help me out.
i should be hookin' up with a local bboy unit soon to learn the basics. once i get my feet wet i hope to blend this hip hop style with a few other genres of dance and see what kind of bastard child i can conceive. heh.
