Perhaps it is because I automatically associate "azn" with the whole "azn pryde" thing which I think is incredibly stupid.
Your right, I suppose there is nothing wrong with using azn as internet lingo. It might just be me. In my past experiences, I have found that people that use "azn" are either some dyed hair, collar popping, shit talking thug wannabe or some Asian kid that tries too hard to fit into the whole "Asian identity" thing like watching anime, wearing clothes with Chinese, Japanese, Korean, etc. words on them (for example, one that says "White people can't understand this"), pretending they can rave or bboy (for some reason, its an Asian sterotype here that all Asians are good at raving or bboying, its completely idiotic), talking in Chinese, Japanese, Korean, etc. in public, etc.
Yeah, you're probably right, "azn" is just internet speak. I guess to me "azn" is synonymous with the above descriptions. Meh, it just peeves me when people have AIM screenames like azn_____ (blank can be filled in with anything, like BOY, GIRL, blah blah).
Kids in the backseat cause accidents. Accidents in the backseat cause kids.
