i think powermoves is 50% teck 20%power 30% willing
but i think girls lack of willing i have a girl on my crew and she just learned windmill that it took 4 months to learn and now start learning headspin! and every time she falls she stop doing it and go practise her footwork :\ |

just like others have mentioned, power really isn't easy for anyone. especially for those without a background in gymnastics or some form of training that's increased your balance, strength, and agility.
however, in my opinion, ones WILL is the factor that surpasses all others. as mentioned by bboy.beaster. you can have all the balance, agility and strength in the world, but if you don't have the WILL to push yourself and continue training when things get tough..then nothing else matters. |

you gotta have patience, to get ahead.

Bgirls can do good power if they practice enough, good example is Zinny from TGB, 8 2k spins, 6 airtracks...she does it all

To an extent guys have an easier time building the mussles
but seems to me that some of the hardest stuff is pressure on the joints and a little bit the balance (at least it is for me) which is something everyone has problems with So i think any girl can master any move just as well as anyone else, I'm 6'2" which a lot of people think is a "disadvantage" but it just makes it that much more of a pride thing once i nail a move |
