umm ive been breaking seriously for bout 3 months now but ive sort of been in the scene longer,just never decided to try till now.

Mill tips. Lock your legs in a wide V, you can bend a little at the knee to pass under but keeping that V is crucial. Try to push higher onto your back on the initial collapse to being so low forces you to tuck your legs deep which creates a much choppier motion. Other than that you have the motion down and you clearly have what you need to force continuous just clean up the form and they'll be ez mode.

hey hoho u nearly there with mills - try to focus on locking your legs out ina v like madd said and u should get them pretty quick. keep on it u look like you're pretty dedicated so should develop quickly x

lol im not 12 >_<.didnt think that statement would follow me online too. i actually happen to be a sophomore in high school! im just really short...

anyways ill try those tips after my foot heals.

Dang i haven't been practicing as much for the past two weeks but as soon is i finish this extra temp job i'll be back to my at home sessions and hopefully i can finish an actual set and post a vid soon...
