WOOT I finally got a camera that takes mpgs instead of using my phone. Alright, this is short and I wasn't at my very best (nervous), but let me know what you think! I also have a SILLY vid of me just dancing freestyle...if anyone wants to see it I will post it...

fidget: nice. but try to get your hips up a bit while you're doing six step - when you have your legs out in front (3rd step), your weight looks shifted forward some... as in, if you picked your hands up, you'd fall backwards. Your weight needs to be centered over the balls of your feet. It'll improve your speed and form :]

Can someone please tell me if it looks like my hips r sagging.. It kind of feels that way when I do my floorwork but idk if its just that I'm a little bottom heavy or i'm really sagging my hips. thank you...

Yeah your form needs some work with your 6 step. Keep in mind that your essentially walking around your hands... and they're kinda just staying in the same place, taking turns to lift off the ground like you're seesawing left and right as your weight shifts.

Also, your weight should stay over the balls of your feet when you come around the front. Work on doing switches in the front... as in... if you were to be practicing CCs left and CCs right and switching back and forth. Instead, just do the leg shuffle and shift your weight left then right. You want to feel like you're not about to fall backwards, but that really you could freeze mid-way with both hands off and still sit there.

Just slow down and walk through your 6 step more. As you're coming around to complete your 6 step, you need to work on that part some too. It's like your steps aren't really wrapping. Remember that 3rd and 4th steps are kinda like sweeps. Bring your leg out and around and wrap it around the other leg.

Also, your drop, which looks like you're doing a knee drop, but you're not actually shifting your weight right. Your foot should almost be kicking out your other knee. All your weight shifts forward and slightly to the side. If you flex the back foot, then you'll be almost wrapping your toes around your other leg's knee, and you're aiming to land on your toes/ball of your foot. To balance out so you don't fall over... as you're weight shifts forward, your torso and shoulders shifts back to balance as you go down.

from what i see your top's are cool you need more confidence when you go to the floor more energy and keep doing the floor work at least 5 good rounds on the
floor that's the way your learn you gotta keep going at it till it's prefected but besides that, you get prop's from me for putting yourself out there that's not easy
to do in these's days..
