I wanna flip the aspect of disrespect and belittling in the battle behavior and cause more encouragement to transpire. When I first came to the site I noticed the helping in moves and such, so that helps, but flipping the cackin' n' so forth. No sayin' f' u, but saying come on, let's do this, or is it engrained like a k-1 fight to demolish your opponent? Can I get any opinions? Maybe I'm cut out for more of a show type of flavor?

Hey peace everyone!!

Bboy Stretchmark from New Zealand representing Baptised 2 Boogie and what God's doing on the dance front!!

Havent been able to find many Christian bboys on the net in previous searches but im happy i found this thread since its fresh and geographically close to home!woohoo.

Its awesome to hear there are Christians out there, whether young or old, bold or ashamed. God has such a mighty plan for Bboys and Bgirls to step into and a plan that far exceeds our plans and stands.

God's been giving me fresh revelation on a couple things and as a crew we want to see God manifest His presence through our dance and around our dance.

I'd love to hook up with any Christian bboys/bgirls that are passionate in using Bboying as worship and warfare. In the last 2 years we've seen a lot of fruitfulness from our dance missions. All we've done is attend regular bboy/bgirl events in NZ with a couple months physical and spiritual training and seen God move in some incredible and supernatural ways!!

I was wondering, anyone can jump into this, How exactly can we worship God through our dance?(Well the dance he enables us to do.) Of course we can go to churches and perform in the name of Jesus, and such. How do we get translate the message that we are serving God through our dance. Singers and Emcees can translate their praise through words, etc. I think its a matter of heart, if you dance with God in mind and heart we a worshiping him.

well Im not perfect but god is still working with me!
but as a 19 year old I know alot of the youth looks at me as an example and lets face it todays hip hop is stillin our youth from church they dont want to listen to those old hyms from the books and here adults tell them what they can and cant do! i want to let them know that its fun to be a christian and we can use our talents for god!
i plan on using my knowlege and skill of hip hop by bring it to the church an educating them on the right way to use the elements of graffiti, mcin, rapin and bboyin. that way the can have confidence in they're faith and be happy to tell others about christianity

True true...Like in a youth group praise team. Anyone can play their instrument the way they want to, anyone can sing the lyrics...but it takes heart and soul to praise the Lord in what we do.
Basically, everything he given us, it's a blessing that he gave. As we continue to live and strive for that passion and blessing he placed in us, and as we continously thank him for this gift that allows us to do this, we worship by doing what he gave us for HIS glory and not OURS.
