Commander. 1 verse. - 04-21-2009, 07:57 PM

just 1 verse. i know my annunciation is still weak at some points, but yeah any advice appreciated.

I start at 30 seconds

Commander, watch over soldiers as boulders we be runnin them over/
Battle time closer symphonies of death the soldiers are composers/
Our forces collide, I reinforce my own side its killing time/
We started in lines now it’s unorganized crime/
My soldiers killing machines, like gods of war not mortal men/
We got the kill gene, in my favor odds will soar, times ten/
Resurrection is no option we not fighting for religious cause/
Natural selection no affection, follow Darwin’s laws/
We’re the superior species never harmed we got firearms/
We mow them down like cutting grass, it’s almost like they’re unarmed/
Almost out of ammo but, battle’s close to finished/
My dominating dystrophy done double enemy’s diminished/
Now it’s over and my winning army stands proud/
Shout aloud (THERE’S A BOMB) lands mushroom cloud/
Battlefield is empty, victory tempting, but out of reach/
Finally, the land we were fighting over, finds peace/

You're talking WAY too quiet and you sound monotone as shit.

Don't trip though, I had those problems too. Just keep at it.

I'll just start off by saying the majority rappers today have no intention of supporting hip-hop culture. If you don't support the culture, then you aren't really hip-hop.

Beat is on some wierd citar shit or something. Pretty nice for someone new, sounds like lines were a little too long for the beat. Keep at it though, maybe work more in text for now as your scheme reads as a little newbish, but it's up to you and same comments as bling, need to speak up to convey a message better.

Yeah that's definitely true, keep on spitting the lines, but you don't even have to record them. Just play a beat and try to fit them into it and work out if lines are too long or short etc. and at the same time your flow and delivery will improve.
