Drifterz reached finals at the preliminaries with Gambler, but this last crew took the spot defeating Drifterz.
On the other hand, Rivers is in the International because they were champions last time at the International event, so they had the spot reserved.
P.S. : By the way, is it "Turn Phase" or "Turn Phrase" ??
