haha airchairs? the key to it is your arm. for me at least. you need to get the right flexibility for it. stabbing isn't as important but its still a factor to an airchair. heres a little tip i used to do. go to a wall and imagine the wall as the floor. do a turtle/handglide freeze and just turn your body around. i did this alot and someimtes did it for a minute or two.
